What do landlords usually ask for up front?
Commonly a year's rent paid in advance or in instalments, plus a deposit and the agency fee. Terms vary by owner and are often negotiable, and we give you a listing's terms before you view it, not after.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Rarely. Electricity, the building's generator subscription, water and building charges are normally on top, and the generator is often the largest of them. Ask us for a realistic monthly total on any listing.
Can I rent furnished?
Yes. A good part of the rental catalogue is furnished or semi-furnished, which suits shorter stays and arrivals from abroad. Filter on the Furnished tag, or tell us what you need and we will shortlist.
How soon can I move in?
Once terms are agreed and the contract is signed, usually within days for a vacant unit. If a property still has a notice period running, we say so up front.
