What we collect
When you enquire about a property, request a valuation or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address and your message.
We also collect basic usage analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use your information
Your contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and valuations, and (only if you opt in) send you matched property alerts.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
WhatsApp and phone contact
If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, your number is handled by the advising agent and our office systems for follow-up on your enquiry only.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll act on it promptly.
Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. The only ones we set ourselves are strictly necessary: a session cookie and a security token that keep the site working safely while you browse. They hold no profile of you and they expire on their own.
Pages that carry a form also load Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects those forms from automated spam. It checks your browser, not you: it sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile. We treat this as necessary, because we could not keep the forms open to everyone without it.
We run no analytics today. If we add analytics cookies later, they will stay off unless you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind whenever you like. Your choice is saved in your browser, so clearing your browsing data brings the banner back.
